Pathways Program Manager

Join our team and support pre-health students from underrepresented communities at the University of Minnesota!

The Pathways Program Manager provides leadership and oversight of the Health Profession Pathways program in the Pre-Health Student Resource Center.

• Program Development and Teaching
• Administration and Operations
• Outreach and Presentations

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in relevant field, with at least 4 years of experience, or a BA/BS with at least 6 years of relevant post degree experience
• Commitment to issues regarding diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice
• Demonstrated evidence of program development and implementation
• Experience with pre-health/health professional programs is preferred
