The Associate Director of Pathway Programs is the principal and most visible contact, resource, and advocate on campus for students interested in pursuing careers in healthcare, law, and related graduate and professional fields.  This role includes serving as a liaison to graduate programs, providing academic and career advising, and facilitating connections with alumni, faculty, and professional organizations. 

A full description of the position’s duties and responsibilities can be found on the College’s employment website page at https://www.hanover.edu/about/employment/..  A Bachelor’s degree is required along with excellent oral and written communication skills, creative thinking skills, strong time management and organization, and flexibility.  This individual will work well independently as well as in team environments and will build strong relationships with students and campus partners.  A Master’s degree and experience in advising, counseling, or coaching students are pluses. 

Promoting a positive image of Hanover College, this individual will represent the College in accordance with the mission, principles, and strategic plan.  They will support and be an advocate for the College’s welcoming environment.
