Administrative leadership and direction for medical education and faculty affairs. Collaborate with central GME team, provide oversight and management of resident recruitment, program accreditation, budgeting, operational activity, and program growth/improvements. Faculty academic appointments/promotions, faculty/fellow development activities. Recommend policies and procedures, manage external rotations, verifications, PEC/APR committees. Plans and directs components of accreditation and reporting requirements to external agencies and organizations; MedStar, ACGME, NRMP, AAMC, and specialty societies.
